The room lacked a mini-fridge or kettle!!! Don't expect a quick response to issues, as staff appear dismissive sometimes!!! Poor sound insulation made it tough to get restful sleep!!!

Had fairly nice stay of such good value that we stayed at IBIS every night of our vacation. Greatly enjoyed how the double room with good housekeeping & free wifi was arranged when we arrived. Had a work desk, satellite television and a dining area.

Really good breakfast with varieties, and a lovely location near the Garonne.
Some noise issues from hotel facilities disrupted our rest,, and parking was somewhat tricky to navigate.

Large underground car park with plenty of space, feeling secure and safe. Bright and spacious bar area with ample seating for relaxation.
Location takes time to navigate to the city center, especially with unreliable boat service after 8pm and a lengthy walk to the tram station. Twin beds are narrow. One friend fell off mid-sleep, and the unusual chalkboard design in the room felt more appropriate for a children's area than for adults. The plastic bathroom feels cheap, resembling a train toilet which diminishes the overall experience.
